What are you going to do:

Who we’re looking for: An organized, problem-solving Administrative Assistant to support the Management Team during a busy period until 31-12-2024.

Your environment: The Sector FI team has a leading position in providing Financial Markets, Lending, Trade Finance, Payments & Capital Markets and advisory services to Financial Institutions. Clients consist of banks, insurance companies, pension funds, asset managers, trust offices, private equity and fintechs.

Your role: You become a Administrative Assistent to assist the FI Management team. You will need great time management and communication skills to keep the day-to-day work run smoothly, ensuring your managers to stay focused on top priorities. You’ll also contribute to good teamwork across the department.

Key tasks:

  • Supporting various FI MT members with calendar management, planning, and organizing;
  • Assisting with administrative tasks like staff changes, events, and work processes;
  • Handling travel arrangements and team/client events;
  • Ensuring meeting prep is done ahead of time, including agendas and documents.

About you:

  • Fluent in English, with strong MS Office skills;
  • You’re detail-oriented, organized, and proactive;
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
  • A team player with a "can-do" attitude!

What we offer:

  • A gross salary of €17.38 per hour;
  • On top of your salary, you will also receive a 13th-month bonus. This brings your hourly wage to €18.83!;
  • A travel allowance of €0.21 per km (maximum €17 per day) or a full public transport allowance;
  • A strategic, dynamic, and international setting;
  • A work-from-home allowance of €45 per month.

What we ask:

  • At least finished mbo level 4
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Great organizational and planning skills and attention to detail.
